We are the British owners of Caye Real Estate and the Hotel Seaside Cabanas on Caye Caulker. Over three years ago we had the idea to leave our financial and insurance backgrounds in the Lloyds market of London to move to Belize and try the tropical life. Since total reconstruction Seaside Cabanas is now one of the most popular and stylish hotels on the island with guests from all around the world. Since then we have also bought and sold several plots around the local area and engaged in some private development projects, so we have really seen from all angles what is involved in both buying, selling and construction.
Throughout our years on Caye Caulker we have given advice and information to numerous hotel guests and many other potential investors in the country who had struggled to find the information or guidance they required without a proper Real Estate Agent on the Island. People could not seem to find a professional and trustworthy agency to deal with that could cater for all of their requirements. So this is what we aim to provide.
